On top of the live counts, you get what Zettle alone doesn’t give a shop: low-stock alerts before you sell out, deliveries booked in by barcode scan, waste tracking, per-product margins, and proper P&L reporting.

How the connection works

  1. Authorise Zettle — Sign in with your Zettle account once — a standard secure connection, nothing installed on your card reader.
  2. Products come across — Your Zettle product library imports automatically, barcodes and prices included.
  3. Sales flow in live — Each purchase event reaches INV3NTORY as it happens and adjusts your stock.

Common questions

Is Zettle the same as iZettle?

Yes — iZettle was renamed Zettle after PayPal acquired it. INV3NTORY connects to current Zettle accounts.

Will my Zettle reader or app change?

No. Staff keep selling through Zettle exactly as before — INV3NTORY listens to sales in the background.

What if I sell something that isn’t in my Zettle library?

Custom-amount sales without a product attached can’t be matched to stock — INV3NTORY tracks everything sold as a catalogued product, which is also a good reason to keep the library tidy.
